I’m Tony, the person behind RapidFix East Texas.
I started RapidFix to give people in our area a more personal option for computer repair and technology support. When you contact RapidFix, you are working directly with the person diagnosing and repairing your computer or network.
I enjoy figuring out why technology is not working the way it should and finding a solution that actually makes sense. Sometimes that means repairing the computer. Sometimes an upgrade is the better choice. And sometimes the most honest answer is that replacing an older system makes more sense than continuing to put money into it.
My goal is to explain what I find clearly, give you realistic options, and help you make the decision that makes the most sense for you.
